Registration: Please register as soon as possible (by July 10 at the latest) both you and your accompanying person(s) through a short email to us and through the portal of Villa Vigoni. We have provided you the link by email. If you need it again, please contact us. You may need to use this form twice if you travel with more than one accompanying person.
Check-in is possible from 2pm to 10pm (please inform Villa Vigoni in advance for any exception).
Check-out by 10am (they can keep your luggage longer).

The transfer from the airports in Milan to Villa Vigoni takes about 2 hours, and from the train station in Como or Lugano 1 hour. We recommend to be at the airports of Malpensa or Linate by noon, or at the train stations by 2pm. For the day of your departure, we would not recommend to book any flight with departure earlier than 5pm. Villa Vigoni is organizing a shared transfer from the mentioned airports (Milan Malpensa and Milan Linate) and the train stations (Como San Giovanni and Lugano) to Villa Vigoni and back.

Extra costs, not covered by us organisers (accompanying person, telephone, drinks, snacks) can be paid directly at the reception of Villa Vigoni during your stay there. [Opening hours: 9am – 1pm and 2pm – 6pm].
